Here is the complete Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey performance as recorded with Merle Evans’ permission from the bandstand in San Diego in 1968 by Don Covington (WJU#119.) This show is of particular historical interest since it was the last Ringling musical program that Merle assembled without outside interference. The music for this performance was particularly good when compared to the 99th Edition Red Unit’s musical program that Merle conducted in 1969, his final year with Ringling.
