Please login to your account before filling out the registration form.

  • To play in the Windjammer Band you must be a member in good standing at the time of the meet. Dues should be paid separately from convention registration.
  • Bring a music stand!
  • If you are attending to renew an Iowa teaching license, or if you are Quad City area musician, submit this form without payment AND contact Treasurer Howard Habenicht to complete your registration. The mailing address is shown above. The email address is wjutreasurer@mywju.org
  • The registration fee includes the Saturday night banquet (do not forget to make a meal choice), and the Sunday buffet breakfast.
  • We are not able to do partial registrations or walk-ins because our catering requires weeks of notice.
  • We need to receive your registration by mail or online by the deadline: June 24, 2024.
  • Refunds are not available after June 24, 2024.
  • If you are renewing your membership by check, please pay with a separate check, made payable to Windjammers Unlimited and mailed to Howard Habenicht. 82 Country Club Dr, Bloomingdale, IL 60108-1262. Remember, you can also renew and pay online.
  • The uniform for all performances is a white dress shirt or blouse (long or short sleeve), black trousers or skirt, black shoes, black socks. No tie. REMEMBER TO BRING A MUSIC STAND!

  • Five Step On-Line Registration Instructions, Please Read First
    1. Fill out the Green Form below.
    2. Press the RED —–  SUBMIT—- panel at the end of the green form.
    3. Fill out the BOOKING section with the number of registrations desired for playing member, non-playing member/spouse/guest, and optional music printing.  If you logged in to your WJU account before starting the registration process, your “on file” name/address data will appear in the blanks in the booking/payment section.  If you didn’t log in, fill in the blanks.
    4. Select a payment method from the selection window.  Select PayPal if you wish to pay online with your regular credit card or use your PayPal account.  A Pay Pal account is not needed.  Select “Pay Off Line” if you want to pay by check.  Mail the check to the WJU Treasurer, at the address above.
    5. Press the button at the bottom of the page “Click to complete your booking.”  You will receive a email confirming your registration if you have paid on line.  If you selected “Pay Offline,” you registration will be “pending” until your payment is received.
