During this featured excursion to Arrow Rock, MO, Mid-Missouri historian, Matt Fetterly, will supply a healthy dose of history and lore pertinent to the region. Last summer, Matt was featured as a prominent voice in COMO Magazine. Be thinking about questions for Matt’s AMA!
***Sunday at Jesse Hall, on the campus of the University of Missouri, will also start with a smaller group for an education session, “The Circus in Your Music Library” (led by Andrew Glover). We’ll finish the session rehearsing a mass band for the evening concert finale. Jesse Hall will also serve as our “Plan B” backup venue in case bad weather forces the Sunday evening concert inside.

****The activities will conclude with a big concert in an amazing outdoor setting, Shelter Gardens. The Columbia Community Band will begin with a concert at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Windjammers Band at 7:15, and concluding with a record-setting mass band performance of “Barnum & Baileys Favorite”.
