| Link to Register Online is below — Please read and follow these online registration instructions. If you wish to write a check and mail it, please click the button for a printed form. You can register online and then mail in a check. Online Payment is secure using the online registration link below. Registration fee will be $135 for musicians; $85 for non-playing spouses/guests attending with you.Your music will be emailed to you as PDFs after registration closes. You are responsible for downloading / printing your music and bringing to Convention. Deadline to register is December 12, 2026. NOTE: When registering online, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Windjammers uses the PayPal processing system … look for the words “Pay by Credit Card” under the PayPal logo. |

Hotel rooms in Venice Florida are readily available now!
The Ramada by Wyndham Venice Hotel Venezia, 425 US 41 Bypass North, Venice, FL, 34285. Hotel rates at The Ramada by Wyndham Venice Hotel Venezia are $160 plus 13% tax per night using the Windjammers block of rooms. They only increased the room rate by $1 for us!

In order to reserve a room, call 941-308-7700 and say you are a reserving your room under the Windjammer rate. Hotel reservations close on 12/12/26. Members are responsible for getting their own rooms.

Sailor Circus small circus band rehearsal 8 – 10 pm
Thursday
Rehearsal & recording sessions 9 am – 3:45 pm
Venice Circus Train Car Museum rehearsal 4 – 5 pm
Ringling Museum Concert Rehearsal 8 – 9 pm.
Friday
Ringling Museum Concert 10:30 – 11:15 am. Open to the public.
(Admission to Ringling for other than WJU attendees required.)
Cemetery Band at Manasota Memorial Park 4 – 4:30 pm
Center Ring Band Rehearsal 8 – 9 pm
Saturday
Venice Circus Train Car Museum Concert 11 am – noon. Free to the public!
Sailor Circus small circus band rehearsal with performers 3:30 pm
Cocktail hour 6 – 7 pm
Banquet with invited speaker, Chuck Sidlow. 7 pm
Sunday
Brunch & annual meeting 9:30 – 11 am
Center Ring Concert at the Sailor Circus Arena 1:30 -2:30 pm. Free to the public!
Sailor Circus Performance with small WJU circus band. Free to the public!
All out & over! 4 pm until next time!
NOTE: The uniform for all performances is white dress shirt or blouse, black trousers or skirt, black shoes, black socks. BRING A MUSIC STAND, battery light, wind clips etc.
